These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the 72bd platform and all related services. By accessing the 72bd website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

1.1 Eligibility to Use the Service
- You must be at least 21 years old.

- You are acting on your own behalf and are not managing an account on behalf of someone else.

- All information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
Account Registration and Management
2.1 Opening an Account
Each person may open only one account on 72bd. If a single person holds multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close them and forfeit the balances.
The name, phone number, and ID details provided at registration must be genuine and valid. Opening an account with false information is considered a breach of these Terms.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately.
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. 72bd will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
We may request identity verification of an account holder at any time. If the required documents are not provided, withdrawals or account use may be temporarily suspended. Normal service resumes once verification is complete.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals on 72bd are currently available through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. No methods outside this list are currently accepted. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
3.2 Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (same for all methods).
- Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is added to your account balance.
- If a deposit does not go through, contact support — keep your transaction reference number handy.
3.3 Withdrawal Policy
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Processing time: typically 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- The account used for withdrawal must match the account used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC is incomplete.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
Example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
- Deposit ৳8,000 → bonus ৳5,000 (maximum cap) → total balance ৳13,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has its own expiry — any unused bonus is cancelled once it expires.
- A bonus offer applies only once per person, per household, or per IP address.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the account will be closed and the bonus cancelled.
- 72bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
VIP Loyalty Program
Bronze Tier
The entry level of the VIP program. Bronze members receive a weekly cashback of up to 0.4%. Regular gaming activity can earn you a promotion to the next tier.
Silver Tier
Reach the Silver tier by being promoted from Bronze. Silver members enjoy a weekly cashback of up to 0.8% along with additional benefits.
Gold Tier
The highest VIP tier. Gold members receive a weekly cashback of up to 1.2%, along with premium service and priority support.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:
- Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
- Placing artificial or coordinated bets to obtain bonuses (bonus abuse / collusion).
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Money laundering or conducting any other illegal financial activity.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
- Harassing or attempting to harm other users, staff, or the platform.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error in a game or the system results in an incorrect payout or bet outcome being displayed, 72bd reserves the right to void that transaction. Claims arising from such errors will not be accepted.
Responsible Gaming
72bd believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming.
